The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) has been in operation since 1 July 2013, and AIST is fully registered with TPS. In the rare case that your education provider is unable to deliver the course you've paid for and fails to meet their obligations to:
• Offer you an acceptable alternative course, or
• Refund your unspent prepaid tuition fees
