How We Support You

Royal International College is committed to providing every student with the support they need to succeed — academically, personally, and professionally.

Access dedicated academic support including one-on-one tutoring, study skills workshops, and learning resources to help you stay on track and excel in your studies.

Wellbeing & Welfare

Our student wellbeing team is available to help with personal challenges, mental health, and adjusting to life in Australia. We care about the whole you, not just your studies.

Career Guidance

Our career advisors help with resume writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and connecting with industry employers to help you launch your career after graduation.

International Student Support

Dedicated support for international students including visa advice, accommodation assistance, orientation programs, and help navigating life in a new country.

Language Support

English language support and language literacy assistance are available to ensure language barriers don't stand between you and academic success.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access academic support?
You can access academic support by contacting your trainer directly, visiting the student services desk at any campus, or emailing bdm@royalinternational.edu.au. Tutoring sessions can be booked in advance.
What happens if I'm struggling with my studies?
If you're struggling, please reach out early. Our trainers and student support team can work with you to develop a plan, arrange additional support, and help you get back on track. We do not want any student to fall behind without help.
Is there support available outside business hours?
For urgent welfare matters outside business hours, you can contact national crisis support services. Our student services team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. We also maintain a WhatsApp contact for quick questions.
Can international students get help with accommodation?
Yes. Our international student support team can provide guidance on finding suitable accommodation options near our campuses, including home stay, student housing, and shared accommodation resources.
What visa support is available for international students?
RIC staff can provide general guidance on student visa requirements and compliance. However, for specific visa advice we recommend consulting a registered migration agent. We can refer you to trusted agents if needed.
How do I report a complaint or concern?
RIC has a formal complaints and appeals process. You can submit a complaint by completing the complaints form available from student services or emailing bdm@royalinternational.edu.au. All complaints are handled confidentially and fairly.
