Refund Application Form

Use this form to apply for a refund in accordance with RIC’s Fees and Refund Policy. Applicable for visa refusal, withdrawal, course discontinuation, or overpayment of fees. Attach all supporting documents before submission.

Agent Reference Check Form

To be completed by a referee institution to evaluate and verify an education agent’s suitability, ethical conduct, understanding of the ESOS Act, and quality of student referrals. Return the completed form to bdm@royalinternational.edu.au.

Deferment, Suspension & Cancellation of Enrolment Form

Use this form to request deferment, suspension, or cancellation of your enrolment on compelling and compassionate grounds. Submit the completed form with supporting documents to the Student Support Officer. A decision will be communicated within 20 days.
